Senior Commercial Counsel

To support a growing cloud infrastructure and AI compute company, the full-time Senior Commercial Counsel will serve as a key legal partner to the sales organization, negotiating complex commercial agreements and enhancing the legal infrastructure in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Serve as lead commercial counsel for the Go-to-Market team, structuring, negotiating, and closing complex enterprise and partnership agreements Act as a practical advisor to Sales and business stakeholders, providing guidance on risk allocation and legal requirements Build and improve commercial legal infrastructure, including templates and contract lifecycle management tools Required qualifications Approximately 8+ years of legal experience with significant in-house experience in the technology sector Proven experience in structuring and negotiating enterprise and partnership agreements involving cloud services or AI Experience building commercial legal processes and infrastructure, including legal operations workflows Strong business judgment and negotiation skills with the ability to assess legal risks J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one U.S. state
