Position Overview We are seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing with a proven track record in residential or senior living sales. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in Independent and Assisted Living sales , with Memory Care experience considered a strong plus. - Lead all sales and marketing initiatives to achieve occupancy and revenue goals for Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to attract prospective residents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families, referral sources, and community partners.
- Oversee and train the sales team, setting performance goals and monitoring results.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and opportunities for growth.
- Manage budgets and marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Report on sales performance, lead generation, and conversion metrics to senior management.
- Demonstrated success in senior living sales (Independent/Assisted Living required; Memory Care preferred).
- Proven track record in luxury or high-end residential apartment sales .
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
- Experience managing and motivating a sales team.
- Knowledge of senior living operations, community marketing, and resident engagement strategies.
