Growth Marketer

Overview My client is one of the fastest growing marketplaces and looking for a Growth Marketer to join their team in New York City! To note: this is an on-site role in SoHo and will require the candidate to be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder). Responsibilities Own creative production and paid channel strategy across one of the fastest-growing marketplace platforms in the US. Manage agency partners, launching new channels from zero, and making judgment calls on multi-million dollar budgets. Launch new ad channels (e.g., Outbrain, Taboola) end-to-end: building landing pages, setting up campaigns, analyzing performance, and making spend decisions Work with the data team on measurement, attribution, and reporting to ensure campaigns are tracked correctly Ship ad creatives (static and video) using AI tools and directing production across formats Qualification 2-5 years of experience in growth marketing for consumer apps, eCommerce, or marketplaces Scaled paid ads at a small, fast- growing consumer startup Can personally create high- performing ad creatives (static and video) Hands- on with paid platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) and campaign setup SQL or data analysis skills for attribution and performance measurement (preferred) Have scaled a consumer app or marketplace at a scrappy, fast-moving startup and want to do it again at a much bigger scale, this is it.
