** AP Coordinator **
** Location: ** Allendale, NJ | Fully on-site
** Schedule: ** Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
** Employment Type: ** Temporary-to-Permanent — anticipated permanent conversion after approximately 6 months
Responsibilities
- Process full-cycle Accounts Payable transactions, including matching, batching, coding, and processing invoices
- Review invoices for accuracy and proper documentation
- Assist with maintaining accurate vendor and payment records
- Perform data entry and accounting-related administrative tasks
- Utilize Excel for reporting and analysis, including PivotTables and lookups
- Communicate professionally with vendors and internal departments to resolve questions or discrepancies
- Assist the accounting team with additional projects and responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience preferred, OR a recent Accounting graduate with relevant AP experience
- Understanding of full-cycle Accounts Payable processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with Excel, including PivotTables and lookup functions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member
- Reliable, professional, and eager to grow within an accounting organization
