Senior Project Manager - Water/Wastewater

What you'll be doing: Leading water, wastewater, and reuse planning projects from initial plannning through delivery Managing hydraulic modeling and technical planning across multidisciplinary teams Acting as the main point of contact for municipal and county utility clients Leading client meetings, presentations, and project discussions Coordinating planning, design, and infrastructure teams throughout delivery Supporting proposals, RFQs, RFPs, and client development activities Mentoring junior engineers and providing technical guidance Managing project schedules, budgets, and deliverables What we're looking for: 8+ years' experience in water/wastewater engineering or utility planning Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering discipline Active PE license or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months Experience with hydraulic modeling and utility master planning Strong project management and client relationship skills Experience working with municipal or county utility clients Familiarity with Autodesk, Bentley, Aquanuity, or similar modeling software preferred GIS integration and proposal support experience is a plus More reasons to apply: Opportunity to help grow and shape a water/wastewater planning practice across Florida Strong pipeline of long term municipal infrastructure projects Collaborative environment with strong support across technical and leadership teams Competitive compensation package with bonus potential and additional employee benefits Exposure to diverse infrastructure projects supporting long term community development #J-18808-Ljbffr Thomas Young Group
