Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM) to join a growing team. Compensation Package

• Salary Range : $55000 - $75000 annually (commensurate with experience)
• Benefits :

  • $550/month stipend for medical coverage (applicable regardless of provider)
• Work Arrangement : Remote work available

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts with premiums up to $250000.
• Provide general account servicing including account reviews renewals and quoting new business.
• Collaborate with producers to develop and implement client strategies.
• Delegate tasks effectively to Assistant Account Managers (AAMs).
• Market accounts to carriers and negotiate terms to meet client needs.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and ensure accurate documentation.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Proficiency in EPIC software or similar agency management systems.
• Strong understanding of generalist accounts and the ability to handle a diverse portfolio.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles marketing and account reviews.
• Excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid environment.
