Key Responsibilities
- Recording Transactions: Enter daily sales, purchases, receipts, and payments into accounting software.
- Reconciling Accounts: Match bank statements with general ledgers to find and fix discrepancies.
- Managing Invoices: Oversee accounts payable and receivable to ensure bills are paid and clients pay on time.
- Processing Payroll: Calculate wages, withhold taxes, and issue paychecks.
- Preparing Reports: Generate basic financial documents like balance sheets and profit-and-loss statements
