Accounts Payable Clerk

Accounts Payable Clerk Location: Onsite | Orlando, FL Pay: $21 - $23/hr We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Clerk for our client in Orlando, FL. Key Responsibilities Process invoices and match them to purchase orders and receipts. Experience reconciling credit card statements. 5 years of AP experience with experience in the manufacturing industry. Prior experience with Oracle software. Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors. Reconcile accounts payable transactions. Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures. Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payments and discrepancies. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in accounting preferred. 5 years of accounts payable or related experience. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
