Job Title Operations Manager Location OR - Portland What you\'ll do Digital Disbursements is a fintech company, led by a team with deep industry experience and a strong track record of value creation. We operate in the digital payments space and have a proven product-market fit. We specialize in helping bring B2C payments to the digital age and are poised for significant growth in the months ahead. The Operations Manager will be reporting to and working directly with the Director of Operations. Position Location: Hybrid - Portland, OR Primary responsibilities (85%+ of team member\'s time will be dedicated to primary responsibilities) Coordinate client requests across 10-member operations team. Help lead the design and implementation of next generation knowledge and communication center. Time permitting, assist with Salesforce Integration with our Portal, Utilization by internal personnel, and effectiveness of platform. Implement policies and strategies to improve productivity and efficiency levels. Help refine processes and policies in areas of operations. What you\'ll need 5+ years of related experience in Data Analytics & Data Management or similar field.
