Oversees strategic planning, analytics frameworks, and business development. Directs business and revenue functions such as donor relations, database management, annual fund, recurring revenue programs, events, marketing, and communications. Leads a team of professionals, including directors of donor relations and events and marketing. Manages the foundation's budget and financial activities. Audits, tracks, and controls revenue activities to ensure financial integrity. Implements continuous improvement processes to monitor revenue and prospect pipeline growth. Collaborates with marketing, community impact, strategic planning, and other departments to align initiatives with organizational goals. Manages expense budgets and ensures event budgets maintain a favorable revenue-to-expense ratio. Develops and executes annual fund campaigns and donor stewardship programs. Coordinates long-term and short-term business plans to grow revenue and enhance operational efficiency. Reviews and improves systems related to pledge reminders, gift receipting, financial processing, database entry, management, and reporting. Other duties as assigned.
