Key Responsibilities\n

• You will conduct engaging individual counseling sessions using video conferencing tools to ensure clients receive consistent care.

• Assess clients’ emotional, psychological, and social needs to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique situations.

• Implement evidence-based interventions to help clients cope with impending loss, grief, and the complexities of navigating end-of-life issues.

• Advocate for clients by connecting them to resources and support networks within the hospice care environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve clients within the hospice setting who are facing terminal illnesses, as well as their family members. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) certification, with no disciplinary histories.

• Demonstrated expertise in clinical social work practices, including a strong foundation in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to relate empathetically to individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in using technology and online platforms suitable for remote counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of three years of direct clinical experience in a social work environment, particularly within hospice or palliative care settings is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
