Employee Onboarding Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver daily onboarding operations and provide direct support to new hires, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
• Execute onboarding workflows and ensure timely completion of pre-employment requirements.
• Manage onboarding communications, processes, timelines, and multiple stakeholders.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to ensure a smooth and positive first-week experience.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics, scheduling, and orientation activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
• Maintain accurate employee records and data integrity within HR systems.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive Human Resources and employee onboarding experience.
• Hands-on onboarding experience managing new hire processes from start to finish.
• Experience coordinating multiple onboarding activities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing onboarding communications and processes across multiple locations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
