Job Overview Hibu is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to sell digital marketing solutions such as websites, search ads, display ads, reviews & reputation management, social ads, and SEO through a partnership selling model. Responsibilities Sell digital marketing solutions to business owners and prospects. Cold‑call and prospect within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments. Perform virtual and in‑person presentations. Build and maintain strong client relationships across a variety of industries. Grow personal book of business and earn residual commissions through strong account management. Qualifications Grit and relentless perseverance. Entrepreneurial spirit. Problem‑solving and relationship‑building skills. Refusal to lose attitude every day. Quick‑witted, adaptable, and strategic. Compensation and Benefits Base salary with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Year 1 on‑target earnings $90,000–$109,000; Year 2 $104,000–$122,000. Hybrid sales environment (home office and in‑field work). Recognition and incentives including President’s Club trip. Clear career path in leadership and sales. 3 weeks of classroom training followed by 9 weeks of field training and ongoing support. Comprehensive benefits package.
