This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, small-business environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats.ResponsibilitiesAssist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processingPrepare and post journal entriesSupport monthly close activities and reconciliationsMaintain Excel spreadsheets and financial reportsParticipate in the weekly Bank/Borrowing Base Certificate (BBC) reporting process, including AP, AR, and inventory dataSupport accounting recordkeeping and general financial operationsAssist the Accountant and business owner with ad hoc accounting projectsRequired2+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and journal entriesStrong Microsoft Excel skillsKnowledge of month-end close processesAbility to work independently in a small-office environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsPreferredQuickBooks experienceSmall business or family-owned company experienceExperience preparing or assisting with borrowing base or cash reportingBenefitsBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), commuter benefits, and a 401(k) plan.
