This isn't the kind of front desk job where you wait for the phone to ring. Our days are busy, our customers matter, and every interaction is an opportunity to make someone's day a little better. As the first person our customers see and hear, you'll create outstanding first impressions while keeping our office running smoothly. You'll greet customers, answer phones, assist with payments and paperwork, support our team, and help ensure every customer receives exceptional service. We're looking for someone who: loves working with people, stays calm under pressure, can multitask without losing attention to detail, is dependable, organized, and positive, learns quickly and enjoys being part of a team. Customer service, retail, hospitality, medical office, banking, or insurance experience is helpful—but attitude, work ethic, and a genuine desire to help people matter even more. If you're energized by a busy day, enjoy solving problems, and take pride in creating a great customer experience, we'd love to meet you.
