We are a high-performance insurance and financial services agency looking for a sharp, motivated professional to work with our existing customers, build strong relationships, and help grow our business.

This fast-paced inside sales role focuses on reviewing customer accounts, strengthening retention, uncovering additional needs, and confidently recommending appropriate products and solutions.

• $52,000+ for average performers
• $70,000+ for strong performers
• $85,000+ and beyond for high achievers

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Conduct proactive customer account reviews
• Build trusted relationships and strengthen customer retention
• Uncover customer needs and identify additional sales opportunities
• Recommend appropriate products and solutions
• Communicate with customers by phone, virtually, and face-to-face
• Meet weekly and monthly production goals

This is a sales-focused role, not a traditional customer service position Success comes from taking great care of existing customers while proactively identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and grow accounts.

• Able to uncover additional needs and confidently recommend appropriate products and solutions

• Highly organized with the ability to learn and retain detailed product information
• Trustworthy, ethical, and committed to doing what is right for the customer
• 1-3+ years of experience in sales, retail banking, hospitality, or another customer-focused, results-driven environment

Insurance experience is not required, but you must be able to obtain the required insurance licenses
