Clinical Research Coordinator – Overview DelRicht Research is a clinical research company dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience to all patients that participate in our clinical trials. Our trials bring new treatment options to patients, and our goal is to get new medications and medical devices FDA approved. We hold team members to a high standard of excellence and welcome energetic, positive, quick learners. Our network spans 33 sites across 18 U.S. states. Key Responsibilities Ensure patients have a fun, positive, and comfortable experience at the clinic. Complete patient visits accurately and efficiently, assuring all clinical trial protocols are adhered to 100% of the time. Recruit and enroll patients into clinical trials. Ensure patients attend and complete all scheduled trial visits. Enter data timely and accurately into multiple online systems. Serve as the primary point of contact for Pharmaceutical Sponsors and Contract Research Organizations for all clinical trials. Provide exceptional customer service to sponsors and clients, offering clear, consistent communication onsite and offsite. Maintain physician trust by keeping clinicians informed of schedules and up‑to‑date on trial patients and protocols. Qualifications B.S. or B.A. from an accredited university. Preferred: one year of professional experience in a clinical, patient‑facing role. Available for an onsite Monday‑Friday schedule. Desired Candidate Traits Self‑motivated, energetic, and positive.
