Member Service Advisor

Job Description

We are seeking a Member Service Adviser to join our team! You will be responsible for helping our members with various needs and creating a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

Handle member and guest inquiries
Provide information about the services, classes, products and prices
Proactively identify and resolve potential service issues and concerns
Document and update member records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Recommend and enroll guests into memberships and services
Assist in maintaining the appearance of the facility
Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Previous experience in fitness industry preferred
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
