Technical Data Analyst

The Argo entities are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Clearbrook Group Holdings Inc. Job Summary Technical Data Analyst – Full‑time, exempt, in‑office. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder. Work from the Richmond, VA office or other listed locations. Role serves as technical lead on the US Claims Data Solutions Team, building and distributing claims reports and visualizations. Essential Responsibilities Perform work under limited technical direction on assignments with significant impact on departmental results. Solve difficult problems requiring a broad understanding of business issues. Gather and manipulate claims data from multiple operating systems, conduct analysis, identify trends, and summarize findings. Support U.S. Claims compliance with governance directives and assist the Claims Compliance and Data Manager on as‑needed projects. Manage the reporting calendar to ensure equitable distribution of work within the data team. Mentor solutions‑oriented staff and foster collaboration on data and compliance initiatives. Serve as the key claims business contact for reporting requests, diagnosing/validating business needs and prioritizing requests. Collaborate with IT to ensure best practices in data collection, accuracy and integrity. Quickly evaluate the accuracy of data and information. Qualifications / Experience Minimum of five years of experience focused on data and compliance in a claims environment or equivalent. Experience supporting specialty programs and partnering with TPAs, MGAs, or other vendors (preferred). Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (strongly preferred); or two or more related designations or four additional years of related experience. Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerBI, PowerAutomate, PowerApps) and other business‑related software. Prior experience with data profiling software (e.g., Excel, SSIS, Talend) – required. Ability to read, understand and develop SQL for MS SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake; experience with Python considered a plus. Experience with AI tools such as Co‑Pilot or Snowflake Cortex. Experience with data mining, profiling and analysis across data groups. Understanding of claims compliance reporting and analysis; familiarity with ISO, NCCI or other statistical agents (preferred). Strong business acumen and ability to prioritize workload across multiple projects. Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external partners. Time‑management and independent judgment skills. Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to pursue continued professional development. Salary and Benefits Base salary ranges by location: Richmond, VA: $101,184 – $119,782 Albany, NY & Chicago, IL: $111,384 – $132,498 LosAngeles, CA & NewYorkCity, NY: $121,482 – $144,636 In addition to base salary, the position is eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance, and a generous benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
