Vouch has employees located across the U.S., with offices in San Francisco, Chicago, and New York City. This role is hybrid and can be aligned to any of our offices. While this role has hybrid work flexibility, we require team members to be in the office at least three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) to foster close collaboration and team building. What You’ll Do Place all lines of business (Cyber, Professional Liability, Management Liability, GL, etc.) for clients Support Sales and Client Managers by analyzing client needs and exposures to develop placement strategies that align with their risk profile Draft and submit submissions to underwriters and negotiate terms and pricing on behalf of clients Review quotes, binders, and policies for accuracy and completeness Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers and underwriters Stay current on market trends, carrier appetite, and coverage developments within the relevant product lines Collaborate with sales advisors and client service teams to ensure seamless handoff and servicing of accounts Provide guidance to clients on coverage options and risk management strategies About You 3-5 years of insurance industry experience, preferably in a brokerage or underwriting environment Demonstrated experience placing or supporting the placement of Cyber Liability, Professional Liability, Management Liability, and P&C (GL, BOP, etc.) policies Strong knowledge of insurance markets and carrier appetites Known for delivering high-quality results under pressure and balancing client advocacy with carrier realities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex coverage concepts clearly Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Proficiency with insurance brokerage management systems and Google Suite Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license Nice to Have Enterprise, SaaS, AI, and Professional Services experience and interest. Exposure to and passion for early-stage startups and/or high-growth environments Experience working in a fast-paced brokerage environment. Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail.
