Work Environment

This role operates in a home care setting, allowing therapists to work directly in the patients' homes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical capabilities and needs, taking into consideration their medical history and rehabilitation goals.
• Develop, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans focused on re-establishing mobility and preventing further injury.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and gait training.
• Educate patients and their families about injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies, and self-management to foster understanding and independence.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes meticulously to communicate effectively with the healthcare team and adjust treatments as needed.
• Participate actively in case conferences to contribute insights regarding patient progress and collaborate on comprehensive care plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will work with patients of all ages recovering from various orthopedic conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation from joint replacements, sports injuries, fractures, and chronic pain. Your expertise will play a crucial role in restoring their mobility and enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
