Revenue Operations Analyst
Join Level AI as a Revenue Operations Analyst, where you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing the systems that drive revenue operations. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless integration and maintenance of our tech stack, including CRM and marketing automation tools, in a high-growth SaaS environment. You will work alongside industry veterans to enhance customer care experiences through innovative AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor operational processes for GTM teams.
- Identify and address obstacles between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Manage GTM stack projects including tools like Salesforce and Hubspot.
- Generate dashboards and reports to provide insights into performance.
- Support users and provide training on technical systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales or revenue operations, preferably in SaaS.
- Advanced skills in Google Workspace and project management.
- Expertise in GTM tools like Salesforce and Hubspot.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and manage multiple projects.
