Position Summary The Customer Service Representative supports the Central Business Office and Outside Vendors to ensure that administrative work is completed in a timely, accurate, and courteous manner. Performs a variety of administrative, support and clerical functions. Resolves administrative issues and inquiries. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Two years recent customer service experience Computer literacy and proficiency Ability to multitask and prioritize needs to meet timelines Understanding of basic medical terminology Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in healthcare Physical Requirements These are requirements normally expected to perform regular job duties.
