Personal Lines Account Manager (HNW) Job Summary Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager specializing in High Net Worth (HNW) accounts. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of personal lines insurance, including home, auto, and boats, with account sizes up to $2M and a book of business valued at $3M. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the insurance industry, exceptional organizational skills, and a client-focused approach. Compensation Package Salary : $100,000 annually Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package available (details provided during the interview process) Work Arrangement : Remote or hybrid options available Responsibilities Manage and service a portfolio of High Net Worth personal lines accounts, including home, auto, and boats. Quote and process new and renewal business. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with tailored solutions. Utilize Zywave software to manage accounts efficiently and accurately. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Designations : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a focus on High Net Worth clients. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Zywave software is preferred. Soft Skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
