This role leads the site with a strong safety-first mindset, translates business strategy into disciplined execution, and builds a high-performance culture aligned with MPC values.Safety & ComplianceChampion a zero-injury, safety-first culture across the site.Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, regulatory, and MPC standards.Lead incident investigations and corrective action efforts.Operational ExcellenceOwn site performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity metrics.Translate divisional strategies into clear site priorities and execution plans.Drive operational discipline through KPIs and daily management systems.Leadership & Talent DevelopmentDevelop and coach site leadership to deliver consistent results.Build engagement, accountability, and trust across the organization.Establish succession plans for key roles.Business & Financial ManagementManage site financial performance including productivity and cost control.Support capital planning, execution, and ROI.Continuous Improvement & Problem SolvingPromote a continuous improvement mindset using structured methods.Ensure improvements are standardized and sustained.Quality & Customer FocusEnsure products meet or exceed customer and quality standardsRespond effectively to quality issues and corrective actions.Collaboration & CommunicationPartner effectively across functions.Communicate clearly with employees and leadership.Qualifications & ExperienceRequiredHigh school diploma required. Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.Minimum 5 years of significant progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial operations.Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams and improving site performance.Strong working knowledge of safety, quality systems, and manufacturing operations.PreferredExperience leading complex, multi-shift manufacturing environments .Lean / Continuous Improvement or Six Sigma experience.Experience managing P&L or full site financial accountabTwo companies, one vision.Menasha Corporation consists of two companies that are leading the way to a sustainable future with packaging and supply chain solutions.
