Customer service rep

Are you a proactive problem-solver with a passion for helping others? We're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and make a real difference in our clients' experience. What You'll Do:

• Be the Solution: Assist customers by responding to inquiries and resolving billing or service complaints
• Communicate & Connect: Provide clear, professional support and keep customers updated on their claims
• Stay Organized: Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions to ensure top-notch service

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage your time effectively
• Comfort with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software
• High school diploma or GED

Please note: This role is 100% in office in Houston, TX 77032. Qualified candidates must possess reliable transportation and ability to commute daily.

salary: $18.99 - $19 per hour

work hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
• Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
