Unit Manager Essential Functions:
- Overseeing day-to-day clinical operations of the unit
- Supporting and guiding nursing staff
- Ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance
- Communicating with families and interdisciplinary teams

What We’re Looking For:
- A current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
- Previous long-term care or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
