10-Key Data Entry Clerk

We are hiring a production-based on-site 10-Key Data Entry Clerk to accurately post payment and medical claims data. This role requires high-volume numeric entry, strict accuracy, and consistent daily output. Ideal for someone who thrives in fast, repetitive, metric-driven work.
Required Testing

WORKSITE: 820 Stillwater Road, West Sacramento, CA

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.


COMPENSATION: $18.00 per hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Enter payment and claim data with speed and precision
• Maintain 9,000 keystrokes per hour with 99% accuracy
• Meet daily and weekly production KPIs
• Review and correct data deficiencies
• Perform quality checks to ensure compliance
• Protect confidentiality of sensitive information
• Complete tasks within established deadlines
• Maintain reliable attendance per company

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of data entry experience preferred
• Ability to key 9,000 KPH at 99% accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and self-motivation
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet navigation
