Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license and certification in Pennsylvania required
• Prior school-based OT experience is a must
• Comfortable working with a diverse, urban student population
• Experience supporting K-12 caseloads
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Willingness to obtain all required Pennsylvania clearances
• Ability to present licensure documentation upon request
• No COTAs, licensed OTs only

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students, collaborating closely with teachers, families, and staff
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized plans and goals
• Conduct assessments, maintain thorough documentation, and monitor student progress
• Adapt interventions to promote student success in both classroom and community settings
• Maintain compliance with state and district protocols, ensuring student safety and confidentiality
• Serve as a valuable resource to educators and classmates on best practices in student support
