ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2004 and has grown into a team of nine who are focused on kindness, education, and doing whats best for our customers. Before becoming an agent, I worked in two corporate roles with State Farm and also spent time as a team member, which gave me a well-rounded understanding of the business and how to support both customers and staff.

I graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and am married with two daughters and four grandchildren. Family is a big part of my life, and that sense of care and connection carries into the way our office operates. I also stay involved in the community by volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, helping support local housing efforts and giving back whenever I can.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Dawn Goplin - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
