Benefits Competitive pay: $100‑$130K DOE benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage Paid vacation, holidays, and a floating holiday 401(k) with company match Company‑sponsored life insurance, optional AD&D, short‑ and long‑term disability Tuition reimbursement Employee discounts on vehicles, hotels, theme parks, select cell phone bills, and more Pet insurance Legal Plan and identity theft protection Responsibilities Manage the Service P/L for assigned branch(es) Forecast manpower requirements and prioritize customer calls, advising dispatch accordingly Ensure customer requirements are followed and calls are completed timely Adhere to customer rules and approve work orders Review dashboards and financial reports and take appropriate action Oversee procurement of parts and supplies Maintain communication with customers and ensure expectations are met Resolve issues or problems that impact customer satisfaction Manage and maintain fleet, parts, and materials inventory, resolving discrepancies promptly Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with customers and subcontractors Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or completion of a trade program or technical school College degree is a plus 10+ years of experience in refrigeration/HVAC service, commercial construction, or a related industry Knowledge of commercial refrigeration and HVAC principles and practices, including service hour estimation, labor forecasting, and multiple disciplines Proficiency in understanding and managing P&L Demonstrated business acumen Proficiency in managing multiple assignments, setting and balancing competing priorities, strong organizational skills, and multitasking ability Problem‑solving skills and good judgement Excellent verbal, non‑verbal, written communication, and presentation skills Ability to communicate company direction, set expectations, and hold team accountable for results Leadership skills, building a collaborative team, and rewarding team accomplishments Experience conducting interviews, selections, hires, and overseeing onboarding of supervisors, team leads, and technicians Ensuring technicians are scheduled and dispatched efficiently based on skill level, location, and call volume Managing performance and providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to supervisors, team leads, and technicians Use metrics to drive accountability and performance Ensure compliance with service policies and procedures, including eSo, refrigerant tracking, time and attendance, etc. Ensure use of PPE and safe behaviors, including driving, by all employees Ensure customer service and quality of work meets customer requirements and source standards Equal Employment Opportunity CoolSys is an EEO/AA Employer.
