Digital Product Manager
We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of digital applications and services for a government client. This role requires a strategic product leader who can drive digital transformation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver user-centered solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital products through the full product lifecycle, from planning to continuous delivery.
- Develop and manage product roadmaps aligned with business and user needs.
- Prioritize product features using user research, analytics, and business goals.
- Collaborate with program owners, UX designers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver digital solutions.
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
- Define and monitor KPIs to drive continuous product improvements.
- Champion Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Digital Product Management.
- Proven experience managing products through the complete SDLC.
- Strong expertise in product strategy, roadmap planning, and feature prioritization.
- Experience using qualitative and quantitative data (e.g., Google Analytics) to support product decisions.
- Experience working across multiple platforms, technologies, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
Work Arrangement
- Location: Brooklyn, NY
- Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
- Client: Government
