External Maintenance Worker

This position is responsible for providing maintenance to external areas of buildings and facilities, in charge of cleaning, painting, among other related tasks. No experience is necessary, the tasks require effort and physical work.

Requirements:

• Availability to work overtime and weekends.
• Experience in construction projects, preferably.
• Knowledge in equipment, tools and competency in qualified tasks of carpentry, construction, repair, and maintenance.
• Lifting and handling heavy loads.
• Knowledge of occupational risks and safety precautions of work.
