Financial Planning Assistant
\n \nLocation: Colorado Springs, CO or Denver, CO (In-Office, Monday–Friday)
\n \nCompensation: $80,000-$90,000 + bonus opportunities + full benefits
\n \nWe're hiring a Para-Planner on behalf of our client—a growing wealth management firm.
\n \nThis firm is built on a client-first approach to comprehensive financial planning, and they're looking for someone who loves the analytical side of planning as much as the people side. If you enjoy turning data into clear, customized strategies and helping advisors deliver real results, we want to talk.

\n \nWhat you bring:
\n- 1+ year of financial planning experience (required)
\n- 1+ year working in financial planning software (required)
\n- CFP® or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire
\n- Series 6, 65, or 66 (a plus, not required)
\n- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field (preferred)
\n- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
\n- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
