This position will cover our Burlington CO, Cheyenne Wells CO, and Flagler CO locations. What Your Day Is Like As a Territory Aftermarket Manager, you will: Lead and manage the Parts and Service Management teams Engage in ag‑tech early‑recruitment efforts and maintain strong relationships with regional schools Monitor technician performance and production to ensure alignment with company goals Optimize CSR utilization and contribute to annual budget planning Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and departmental profitability Drive consistent execution of parts and service processes across your territory Your leadership directly influences productivity, customer experience, and long‑term success. What's Needed 3+ years of experience in John Deere Parts or Service Department operations Ability to manage and motivate both individuals and teams Strong knowledge of salary and commission‑based compensationBasic understanding of financial principles related to Parts and Service operations Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly Strong computer skills Ability to work in harsh weather conditions (heat, cold, blizzards) Ability to climb ladders or crawl under equipment when needed Ready to Apply?
