Goal Cleaning LLC is a trusted, woman- and minority-owned provider of commercial cleaning solutions in Greater Philadelphia, specializing in healthcare facilities, medical offices, and commercial spaces. We transform workspaces into spotless, healthy environments through meticulous attention to detail, and our services are tailored to each client's needs. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative – Commercial Cleaning Solutions, based in King of Prussia, PA. You will generate new business through prospecting, build strong customer relationships, and deliver tailored cleaning solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, conducting walkthroughs and presentations, managing accounts, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in driving business growth. Compensation $55,000–$80,000 base salary plus uncapped commission. Your earnings grow with every account you close. Qualifications- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Sales or account management experience is a plus. Motivated new salespeople are welcome to apply, and we provide training.
- Drive to identify new opportunities and grow the client base.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in commercial cleaning or facility services is a plus.
- High school diploma or higher; bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
