Human Resources Coordinator

We’re searching for an HR Coordinator to join our client’s team in a fully in-office role. This position will support the recruiting and hiring process from initial resume review through onboarding while providing general administrative support to the HR team. Key responsibilities include: Prescreening resumes and coordinating interviews Completing background and reference checks Partnering with hiring supervisors to evaluate and select candidates Preparing offers and initiating new-hire paperwork Maintaining accurate and confidential applicant records Posting and editing job advertisements Supporting recruitment fairs, conferences, and community outreach efforts Qualifications: At least two years of HR experience, including experience within higher education Demonstrated success using social media and other platforms for recruitment Strong organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills Valid driver’s license This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys recruiting, working closely with hiring managers, and keeping the hiring process organized from beginning to end. #J-18808-Ljbffr Wesley Mingledorff Talent Partners
