Position Responsibilities:

• Handles incoming calls promptly, ideally by the third ring, ensuring each call is properly identified, categorized, and directed to the correct department.
• Efficiently schedules patient appointments, maintaining accurate records in line with practice policies.
• Verifies that patients complete all necessary forms accurately and thoroughly prior to their appointments.
• Enters patient demographic and insurance information into the system, following standard procedures.
• Organizes and prepares daily superbill batches, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate before submission to the billing company.

Qualifications:

• Front desk experience preferred
• High School Diploma required
• Bilingual required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
