Executive Chef - Lead Italian Kitchen & New Store Opening

Eataly Houston is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the culinary team at the new store opening. The Head Chef will oversee Back of House operations, menu planning, and cost controls to ensure exceptional guest experiences and profitability. Reporting to the Store Director, you will hire, train, and coach staff, manage scheduling, and collaborate with Area and Corporate teams on seasonal menus and events.
