Join us!Job ComponentsAccurately maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable including auditing, paying and filing vendor invoices according to company policy and procedure, collections, preparing customer invoices, purchase orders and delivery tickets accurately and timely.Perform monthly, quarterly and year-end close efficiently, accurately and on schedule.Verify deposits are accurate and made on a timely basis.Upload and download handheld computer devices and process data according to a set schedule.Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phoneSupports front counter retail as neededMaintain dealer database.Assist with inventory count and research variances.Follow / fulfill all driver program requirements, as specified by the managerAll other duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school graduate (or equivalent). Some college preferred.At least one year of administrative support experience in a warehouse or retail environmentAt least one year of bookkeeping or accounting experience, including AP, AR and Collections.Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook and Excel.Multi-line phone experience required.Demonstrated use of professional etiquette required.Excellent verbal communication skills are required.Previous experience in a customer-facing role is required.Ability to multi-task, quickly transitioning from one function/task to the next.Demonstrates good organizational skills and can prioritize tasksWorks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detailApproaches tasks with a sense of urgencyMust work effectively in a team environmentStrong data entry skillsAbility to operate a motor vehicleMust have a clean drivers record AND meet driver qualifications requirementsMust possess valid Driver's licenseScope DataWorks under general supervision.
