Long-Term Contract Position

Ultimate Staffing Services is looking to hire a customer care coordinator to join an automotive manufacturer in Irvine, CA. This is a long-term contract opportunity offering valuable experience in a professional corporate environment.

Pay : $24/hour

Schedule: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm

What You'll Do

• Communicate with customers, automotive dealerships, and third parties by phone and email
• Research and resolve customer concerns
• Document interactions and case activity in a CRM system
• Research warranties, policies, programs, and applicable laws
• Collaborate with team members and management to meet department goals

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or educational equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organization and time management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Typing speed of 65+ WPM
• Customer service or office experience preferred, but not required

Automotive experience is not required. Training will be provided.
