Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking an experienced and dependable Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, support team productivity, and ensure safe, efficient workflow. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, hands-on equipment experience, and the ability to coordinate shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment activities. 

Key Responsibilities

• Team leadership — Lead, train, and support warehouse associates; assign tasks and monitor productivity

• Workflow coordination — Oversee daily operations including picking, packing, staging, loading, and receiving

• Equipment oversight — Ensure safe operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment

• Shipping & receiving — Verify inbound/outbound freight accuracy, condition, and documentation

• Inventory control — Support cycle counts, stock rotation, replenishment, and inventory accuracy

• Safety compliance — Enforce OSHA standards, conduct equipment checks, and maintain a clean, hazard-free environment

• Problem-solving — Resolve workflow issues, address discrepancies, and support continuous improvement

• Communication — Coordinate with supervisors, drivers, and other departments to meet operational goals

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience; leadership experience preferred

• Proficiency with warehouse equipment (forklift certification a plus)

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with WMS or RF scanners preferred
