Customer Service Representative - Part Time

This position is on site, not remote. Located at our campus at 2200 N Rte J, Rocheport, Missouri 65279. Required Availability Candidates must be available for at least 20 hours per week, with 8 of those hours on the weekend. Preferred Days: Mondays, Fridays, and one weekend day. Job Summary Working within our inbound call center, Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) serve as a primary point of contact between our customers and MidwayUSA. CSRs provide product and service information to resolve any emerging problems our customers may face with accuracy and efficiency. CSRs are patient, empathetic, communicative, and possess solid problem‑solving capabilities. They advocate for customers when necessary and troubleshoot when they lack sufficient information. Performance is assessed by productivity and service standards, efficient responses, and high customer satisfaction. Ideal Candidate Must be able to work at least one weekend day.
