You will provide customer service, assist with planning and reservations, and support daily administrative operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver a welcoming guest experience by greeting, checking in guests, and providing helpful information about the resort and Sedona areaAssist guests with payments, pre-authorizations, and booking lodging, dining, and local experiencesCreate personalized itineraries and provide recommendations for attractions, shows, and restaurantsAddress guest questions and resolve concerns promptly and professionallyAnswer inbound calls and provide accurate, timely informationCoordinate reservations and partnerships with local vendors, tour operators, and entertainment providersPrepare and distribute vouchers for shows, dining, and guest experiencesMaintain accurate daily reporting, including tour counts, arrivals, no-shows, and updates for sales and management teamsSupport daily operations by preparing tour profiles, updating schedules, maintaining a clean lobby, and completing end-of-day reportingQualificationsStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsEffective written and verbal communication abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and WordBasic computer knowledgeHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentProblem-solving skills with a professional and calm approachTeam-oriented with a positive attitudeSchedule RequirementsDaytime availability requiredMust be able to work weekends and holidaysFlexible schedule based on business needsWhy This Role MattersThis role plays a key part in shaping each guest's experience.
