Job Summary: The Fitness Attendant is responsible for the general supervision of the fitness center, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests while delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: Set up, maintain, and clean all fitness equipment and facility areas. Greet guests, explain programs and activities, and provide guidance on equipment usage. Report and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure compliance with all rules and regulations in a tactful manner. Monitor the safety and cleanliness of the front desk and surrounding areas. Attend all required meetings and trainings. Maintain punctuality and adhere to scheduled work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Meet regularly with supervisor to review duties and performance. Perform additional duties as assigned.
