Legal Professional Development Manager

Overview Our client is a leading law firm with offices across the country. They are seeking a Legal Professional Development Manager to join their team in NJ/NYC. The position is hybrid , and the firm offers excellent benefits! Job Details Partner with stakeholders to pinpoint training needs across the firm Collaborate with subject experts to design, implement, and oversee high-quality training programs Evaluate training programs to ensure effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary Manage training components of onboarding for Fall Associates Develop and organize off-site training events Oversee the professional development budget Salary Range: $110-180k annually, commensurate with experience Excellent benefits package includes health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) and generous PTO!
