Accounts Payable Clerk – Redline Powersports Group Join a Fast-Paced, Professional Accounting Team Redline Powersports Group is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our growing team. This is a high-volume position that plays a critical role in ensuring invoices, vendor payments, and accounting records are processed accurately and efficiently across our dealership group. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy. Candidates must be comfortable handling a large workload and meeting deadlines without sacrificing accuracy. This position will work alongside a seasoned, professional accounting staff in a collaborative environment focused on accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and timely Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Assist with weekly check runs and payment processing Maintain organized records and ensure proper documentation is retained Communicate professionally with vendors and internal departments regarding payment inquiries Support month-end closing processes and account reconciliations Ensure compliance with company procedures and accounting standards Qualifications Prior accounts payable or accounting experience preferred , preferably in a high-volume environment Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under deadlines Must be comfortable handling a large workload and meeting deadlines without sacrificing accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience with dealership management systems or accounting software is a plus Lightspeed experience is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office preferred Why Join Redline Powersports Group?
