HR Generalist: Talent Lifecycle & Onboarding Lead

Redlands Community Hospital in Riverside, CA is seeking an HR Assistant to support staffing, recruitment, onboarding and training initiatives. The role focuses on staffing processes from requisition to off-boarding and ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle. You will oversee candidate communications, assist in training, provide coaching to staff and managers, and manage termination procedures in line with policy and legal requirements.
