About the Role
Join a growing sales team at an enterprise AI automation company. You will generate qualified pipeline by engaging enterprise buyers through focused outbound prospecting, with cold calling as the primary channel.
What You'll Do
Generate qualified meetings for Account Executives through outbound cold calls and emails.
Work toward a monthly target of approximately 10 qualified bookings.
Qualify prospects against team criteria and hand vetted meetings to Account Executives.
Learn and explain an AI automation platform to buyers in insurance, healthcare, and fintech.
Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging, share prospecting insights, and develop a repeatable sales motion.
What We're Looking For
At least 1 to 2 years of outbound SDR or BDR experience, with at least 2 years of SDR experience preferred.
Strong cold calling skills and clear, natural phone communication.
Experience selling B2B software or SaaS, ideally including AI products.
Experience with cold email outreach and pipeline management.
Experience in a Series A to C startup environment is a plus; bilingual skills are also a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $80,000 to $100,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
Location
Hybrid role based in San Francisco, California, with at least three days per week in the office.
