Build-A-Bear Workshop is seeking a Full Time Assistant Manager for Westfield Montgomery in Bethesda, MD. You will support the store manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring excellent Guest service, staff management, and effective execution of sales and marketing strategies.

You will lead shifts, coach team members, manage inventory, maintain brand standards, and help drive store profitability while creating a fun, safe environment for guests and associates.
